Take a few brightly colored, succulent, and inviting fruits or vegies and cut them into pieces. Then, pour them through an attractive, confident appliance on the kitchen counter and straight into a sparkling glass. It's easy to take a pill. But how about enjoying your vitamins?   You could make your own fruit and vegetable juice in the same time as it takes to boil water or toast bread. Research shows that juices bought from manufacturers lose a lot more vitamin content if they are kept on the supermarket shelves or in the refrigerator for longer than one day.   The shelf life of juices is a measure of how much you get out of them.   It's still so satisfying to see beautiful fruit baskets on your kitchen counter. They are vibrant and full of life.   You can then turn it into living juice by squeezing all the vitamins into one glass and drinking it.   Wha
